You don’t need to join a gym with fancy equipment to stay fit. In fact, if you notice your busy work schedule, you will note that you don’t have enough time to go to the gym either. The best and well-equipped gyms are usually the most expensive ones too. This doesn’t mean that you stop exercising altogether. Here are simple exercises that you can try at home for which you don’t require any gym equipment:

The next time the weather is good, go for a walk. Enjoy the scenery around you and benefit from the exercise you are getting. Or you can walk inside your home. When we return home after a hard day of work, we are glued to the TV. Instead of turning into a couch potato, walk in your house for twenty minutes.

If there is a flight of stairs in your home, walk up and down them a few times. This will help you tone your legs and you will benefit from low impact aerobic exercise as well.

Jumping Jacks
Remember how much fun you had doing jumping jacks when you were a kid? What makes you think that they are not fun anymore? They are great for warming up and fall under the “cardio exercise” category.
