Products made from grain

Chemical titanium dioxide is commonly found in paint and sunscreen. This tidbit will not shock you! However, did you know that this chemical component is also added to your coffee creamers, canned icing and salad dressing? Simply to make them appear more white. Experts have found that titanium dioxide sometimes is contaminated with toxic lead.

Next time you buy 3.5 ounce can of mushroom, remember 19 fly larvae and 74 mites have feasted on them. Moreover, these cans are usually lined with Bisphenol A (BPA) that leads to unnatural hormonal changes. Therefore, you should opt for fresh mushrooms whenever you can!
According to experts, farmed shrimps are kept in fitly farm pens. They contain illegal antibiotics that are harmful for you. What makes it worse is that only 2% of all imported seafood is inspected. This means if you are eating imported shrimp, there is a good chance you are eating contaminated shrimps.
Start buying domestic shrimps because they are monitored by the local food agencies!
