Most women I know desire to live a healthier life. They want more energy and more vitality.

The good news is its doesn’t take a lot to reach that goal. If you are willing to make a few small changes, you would be amazed at how fast your life will start to improve.

Here are 7 ways to stay healthy.


1 – Change Your Diet

Most of us spend the bulk of our days consuming junk food. This of course makes you feel sluggish and strips away all of your energy.

Adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet will make you feel much better. Cut back on the artificial sugar and try to eat plenty of fiber on a daily basis.

2 – Drink More Water

Water keeps your body functioning at optimum levels. Not only does it detoxify your body, but it also keeps your cells properly hydrated.

Most doctors want to see you at least once a year for a routine physical. Other checkups such as breast exams may be recommended more often as you start to age.

Seeing your doctor once a year is a great way to stay informed about what’s going on in your body.

There is no need to harp on the health risks associated with smoking as I am sure you are fully aware of them.

The moment you stop smoking your body will immediately start to repair itself. You will start to breath easier and you will have more energy.

As you probably already know, smoking is a tough habit to break. I encourage you to take the slowly, but surely approach. Decrease the number of cigarettes you smoke on a daily or weekly basis.

As each week passes you will smoke less and less. After 28 days you very well may be smoke free. Never try to quit cold turkey as it will almost always backfire on you.
